About The Job The Change Management & Communications Specialist supports the overall integration by originating the written communications and change-readiness content that the PMO Director and leadership rely on to keep PBH and ARS staff informed. This includes drafting integration updates, announcements, FAQs, and talking points for review before distribution. This role gives the integration a dedicated, consistent voice through Day 1/30/60/90 milestones and beyond. The specific mix of communications shifts as new needs are identified across the integration, this role is built to flex with the integration needs. This role is ideal for a strong, polished writer who is comfortable with ambiguity, thoughtful about how messaging lands with different audiences, and ready to support change management and adoption activities as they are identified across workstreams. Converts workstream and leadership input into clear, audience-ready communications. Maintains a consistent voice and terminology across all integration content. Routes drafts for PMO Director review before distribution. Messaging Strategy & Stakeholder Materials | 25% Develops messaging frameworks and key talking points for leadership. Tailors communications for different audiences staff, leadership, and workstream leads. Assists in preparing materials for town halls, leadership briefings, and other recurring forums. Builds FAQs that anticipate likely questions before they are asked. Communications Calendar & Repository Management | 20% Maintains the integration communications calendar so nothing overlaps or gets missed. Organizes the content repository so past communications are easy to find and reference. Tracks what has been sent, to whom, and when. Coordinates timing with workstream milestones and the IMO’s cadence. Change Management & Adoption Support | 15% Supports change management and adoption activities identified across workstreams. Helps assess how upcoming changes will land with affected staff. Flags where additional communication or support may be needed. Partners with workstream leads on readiness for upcoming transitions. Qualifications & Experience 2–5 years of experience in communications, change management, internal/employee communications, or related fields. Experience supporting organizational change, business transformation, integration, or large-scale initiatives preferred. Experience writing for executive and broad organizational audiences, ideally during a period of organizational change. Demonstrated ability to translate complex or sensitive information into clear, accessible communications. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a recurring communications calendar and content repository. Comfortable working with ambiguity and shifting priorities as new communications needs emerge. Experience supporting leadership through drafts, talking points, and review cycles preferred. Prior M&A integration or post-merger communications experience a plus. Healthcare industry exposure a plus.
