About CRM Plus CRM Plus is a US-based web design, SEO, social media, mobile app, and custom software company. We help small and local businesses get better websites, rank higher on Google, and turn online visitors into real calls and customers. We are hiring 2 experienced outbound sales/marketing specialists in the Philippines, preferably Cebu or nearby, who already understand how to sell web design, SEO, social media, and digital services to US businesses. This is not an entry-level VA role. We are looking for people who have already done this type of selling successfully. Ideal Background Experience at Proweaver, a similar web design/SEO agency, a digital marketing BPO, or a company selling websites/SEO/social media to US small businesses is a major advantage. We respect confidentiality: do not share scripts, leads, client lists, or private materials from any former employer. What You Will Do Call US business owners and decision makers to introduce CRM Plus services - Send personalized follow-up emails and manage replies professionally - Research local businesses that need better websites, SEO, social media, or software help - Book qualified sales calls and, if experienced, help close deals - Explain websites, SEO, Google ranking, social media, mobile apps, and custom software in simple business language - Track all leads, calls, replies, appointments, and outcomes in our CRM - Report daily activity and results clearly Required Experience - 2\+ years of outbound sales, appointment setting, lead generation, or closing experience - Strong English speaking and writing skills for US clients - Proven experience selling or booking appointments for websites, SEO, social media, software, SaaS, or digital marketing services - Comfortable with cold calling, objections, follow-ups, and daily targets - Able to work during US business hours, especially US Central Time - Reliable computer, headset, internet, and quiet work setup - Self-managed, honest, fast, and results-driven Compensation and Trial Period This is a paid role. The first 30 days are a paid evaluation/probation period with clear performance standards. We will evaluate call quality, completed outreach, qualified appointments, follow-up discipline, pipeline generated, and ability to learn our offer quickly. Strong performers can move into a long-term role with compensation up to PHP 115,000\+ per month equivalent, plus performance bonuses/commission depending on results.
