Job Description

The Assistant Admin and Hospitality Manager is responsible for overseeing the company's administrative, facilities, and hospitality functions to ensure a safe, efficient, and welcoming work environment. This role manages office operations, facilities, property and utility services, fleet and transportation, workplace safety and security, and hospitality programs. The position also leads corporate events, executive visits, employee engagement activities, and stakeholder relations initiatives while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and cost-effective operations. Responsibilities Lead and continuously improve the company's administrative, facilities, and hospitality services to ensure a safe, efficient, and professional workplace. Oversee office administration, facilities, property and utilities, fleet and transportation, and safety and security operations. Manage hospitality services, including accommodations, meeting facilities, executive visits, corporate events, and guest requirements. Ensure company facilities are clean, well-maintained, and supportive of employee productivity and customer experience. Plan and coordinate corporate events, executive meetings, employee engagement activities, and VIP visits. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, service providers, government agencies, business partners, and other stakeholders. Ensure compliance with applicable permits, licenses, regulations, and environmental requirements. Manage administrative budgets, service contracts, and operating expenses to maximize cost efficiency. Continuously improve workplace services, administrative processes, and hospitality standards. Lead corporate social responsibility (CSR), community engagement, and stakeholder relations initiatives. Perform other administrative and hospitality-related responsibilities as assigned by management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, Public Administration, or a related field; master's degree preferred. At least 7 years of experience in administration, facilities management, hospitality, or corporate operations, including leadership experience. Strong knowledge of office administration, facilities management, fleet operations, and workplace safety and security. Experience managing corporate events, executive visits, accommodations, and guest services. Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to deliver high-quality employee, guest, and partner experiences.
