We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic HubSpot expert to join our growing Technology and Marketing teams. This role serves as a strategic advisor, ensuring our HubSpot environment is architected for long-term success and that we're maximizing the platform's potential to drive sales and marketing performance. This position requires a subject matter expert who can actively shape marketing strategy and sales process — acting as a strategic partner to the business rather than a technical implementer. You will own the end-to-end architecture, monitoring, and continuous improvement of our HubSpot ecosystem, and advise internal teams on best practices so we're not just operating in HubSpot, but excelling through it. Duties and Responsibilities Strategic Guidance & Enablement: Act as the principal advisor to Marketing and Sales. Guide leadership on HubSpot best practices, structural design for complex workflows, lead scoring models, and sales pipelines. Direct how campaigns and outreach should be built to maximize ROI, rather than simply executing inbound requests. System Architecture & Configuration: Lead the strategic setup, configuration, and structural optimization of HubSpot (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub) to align with long-term company goals and ensure a seamless, scalable experience for internal teams. Reporting & Actionable Insights: Design and implement comprehensive reports and real-time dashboards. Track KPIs, campaign ROI, and sales pipeline health, translating data into strategic recommendations for leadership. Monitoring & Continuous Improvement: Proactively monitor system performance, data hygiene, and user adoption. Identify bottlenecks in the sales and marketing funnels, and prescribe system or process improvements to boost conversion rates and operational efficiency. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Sales, and the wider Technology team to ensure HubSpot integrates smoothly with our broader tech stack (including NetSuite ERP and Shopify Plus), driving cross-departmental alignment. Qualifications 3 + years of dedicated, hands-on experience as a HubSpot Specialist, Administrator, or RevOps professional Deep expertise in HubSpot Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and CRM functionalities Proven track record of setting up, optimizing, and guiding HubSpot strategy for scaling businesses Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, sales pipeline management, and B2B/B2C lead generation workflows Highly analytical mindset with experience building custom reports, dashboards, and tracking core marketing/sales metrics Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to advise senior leadership, translate business goals into technical solutions, and train internal users Familiarity with maintaining data integrity and standardizing data entry processes Preferred Qualifications Active HubSpot Certifications (e.g., Marketing Software, Sales Software, RevOps, or Reporting) Experience integrating HubSpot with e-commerce platforms (Shopify Plus) or ERP systems (NetSuite) Previous experience in fast-paced e-commerce, manufacturing, or B2B/B2C technology sectors Pay: Php180,000 .00 - Php280,000 .00 per month Benefits Health insurance Opportunities for promotion Paid training Promotion to permanent employee Experience: HubSpot Marketing Hub, Sales Hub: 3 years (Required) HubSpot Specialist, Administrator, or RevOps: 3 years (Required) Work Location: Remote
