The Learning \& Development Intern helps support the Operating Unit of the company by identifying training needs, improving existing programs, and assisting in creating meaningful learning materials for employees. This internship offers hands-on experience in how L\&D works day-to-day, giving the intern a chance to contribute to real projects while learning and growing in the field. Instructional Design - Support in planning, reviewing, and refining current and new company learning contents Employee Engagement - Collaborate with different teams and partners to identify engaging learning materials and activities for the employees. Data and Knowledge Management - Manage and organize information and data utilized for training and onboarding Talent Assimilation - Assist with facilitating and monitoring onboarding programs Job Specifications: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Data Management, Human Resources Management, Psychology, Organizational Development, Business Administration or other related field Open to students completing either required internship/OJT or voluntary internship. Can work in a hybrid setup and willing to commute to BGC Taguig Must be available for a minimum internship duration of 300 hours Can start ASAP or July 2026 Good communication and presentation skills Skilled in data and information management Proficient in Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Calendar) Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Work Location: Hybrid remote in Taguig
