Motion Graphics Designer / Animator — iGaming

Job Description

Responsibilities • ● Create short-form animated teaser videos for new slot/game launches, typically 10–30 seconds • ● Design high-impact social graphics, promotional key art, thumbnails, banners, and launch assets • ● Animate casino-inspired elements such as slot reels, symbols, coins, jackpots, character reveals, UI-style overlays, particle effects, transitions, and typography • ● Develop visual concepts from a game theme, campaign brief, or reference material • ● Edit and package videos for X, Instagram, TikTok, Discord, Telegram, and other digital channels • ● Produce multiple aspect ratios and versions for social, including 1:1, 4:5, 9:16, and 16:9 • ● Work closely with our marketing/team lead to turn feedback around quickly and maintain a consistent creative style • ● Organize source files, templates, brand assets, and exported deliverables cleanly • What we’re looking for • ● Strong portfolio demonstrating motion graphics, 2D animation, social-first video, and graphic design • ● Experience producing promotional content for iGaming, casino, slots, gaming, entertainment, crypto, or similarly high-energy consumer brands • ● Ability to create cinematic, attention-grabbing teasers—not just basic template-based social posts • ● Strong command of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator • ● Experience with Figma and/or Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar 3D tools is a major plus • ● Excellent eye for composition, typography, colour, pacing, lighting, and visual effects • ● Comfortable creating both animated video and polished static design work • ● Able to work from references while bringing original ideas and creative judgment • ● Strong English communication, reliability, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment • Ideal creative style • Your work should feel: • ● Bold, polished, colourful, and built for stopping the scroll • ● Native to casino/slot culture: dramatic reveals, anticipation, rewards, mystery, humour, and big-win energy • ● Clean enough for a premium brand, while still energetic and playful • ● Designed with social sharing and campaign performance in mind • The reference content includes an atmospheric city-at-night visual direction for static/social creative, alongside game-launch messaging Nice to have • ● Previous work with casino studios, slot providers, sportsbooks, sweepstakes casinos, or crypto gaming brands • ● Experience animating game assets, characters, environments, or UI • ● Illustration, character design, or 3D animation skills • ● Familiarity with social trends and gaming communities on X, TikTok, Discord, and Telegram • ● Ability to create sound-design-ready edits or source fitting music/SFX references • ● Experience working with marketing teams on launch calendars and rapid content production • Deliverables • Examples of typical deliverables may include: • ● 10–30 second “coming soon” teaser videos • ● New-game launch announcements • ● Animated social posts and GIFs • ● Static launch artwork and key visuals • ● X/Twitter headers, post graphics, and promo banners • ● Short looping animations for community announcements • ● Multiple export formats optimized for each channel • Application requirements • Please include: • ● A portfolio or showreel with your strongest motion design and animation work • ● At least 3 examples of promotional videos or graphics relevant to gaming, entertainment, or high-energy consumer brands • ● A brief note explaining your role in each project • ● Your software/tool stack • ● Your availability, timezone, and expected monthly rate or hourly rate • ● Optional but preferred: a short idea for how you would approach a casino/slot game teaser based on the references provided • How we’ll evaluate candidates • We will prioritize candidates who can show: • Strong visual taste and a clear understanding of promotional storytelling • High-quality motion design—not generic transitions or stock templates • Ability to execute both animation and static graphics • Fast, dependable communication and clean execution • A portfolio that proves they can create casino/gaming-adjacent content safely and professionally
