Key Responsibilities As an Automation Specialist, you will be the driving force behind our client's digital efficiency: Marketing Automation: Implement and manage automation tools for email campaigns, social media scheduling, and lead nurturing. Customer Acquisition: Develop automated funnels to attract new customers, seamlessly managing online booking systems, review generation, and loyalty programs. Online Presence Enhancement: Utilize automated workflows to manage website updates, monitor SEO, and maintain online directories. Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and automate repetitive operational tasks to drastically increase restaurant efficiency. Reporting \& Analysis: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for all automated processes and deliver actionable insights for continuous improvement. Tool Management: Oversee, integrate, and maintain various platforms including CRMs, marketing automation software, and social media management tools. What We’re Looking For Proven Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience in marketing automation, business process automation, or a similar technical role. Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding and functional experience with platforms like Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, various CRM systems, and social media management tools. Digital Marketing Acumen: Solid grasp of online marketing principles, SEO fundamentals, content management, and customer journey mapping. Strategic Problem-Solver: A proven ability to spot operational inefficiencies and architect effective, automated solutions. Independent Self-Starter: Highly motivated, capable of managing time effectively, and thriving in a fully remote environment without micromanagement. Clear Communicator: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Tech-Ready: A highly reliable, stable, high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace.
