Company: Milan Insulation Location: Remote – Philippines Employment: Full-time Starting Salary: ₱45,000 per month Probationary Period: 3 months Start Date: As soon as possible Work Schedule Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Toronto time Philippine equivalent: 8:00 PM–5:00 AM PHT Position Overview The Sales Representative/Cold Caller will perform outbound prospecting and manage leads assigned by the Sales Manager. The representative will maintain client communication, quotation follow-ups and project coordination under the Sales Manager’s supervision. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls using the assigned RingCentral number. Contact and manage leads assigned by the Sales Manager. Introduce Milan Insulation’s services confidently and professionally. Qualify potential clients and identify their project requirements. Collect project addresses, drawings, photos, timelines and other necessary information. Submit complete client and project details to the Sales Manager. Maintain communication with assigned clients throughout the sales process. Follow up on quotations, project details and pending client decisions. Provide the Sales Manager with complete and timely client updates. Obtain the Sales Manager’s direction before proceeding with quotation or project approval. Never independently approve pricing, discounts or project commitments. Meet assigned calling, follow-up, qualification and conversion targets. Maintain confident, respectful and professional communication on every call. Qualifications Previous cold-calling, telesales, client-relations or appointment-setting experience. Excellent spoken and written English. Confident telephone presence and strong objection-handling skills. Organized, reliable and consistent with follow-ups. Comfortable receiving coaching and having calls monitored. Construction, insulation or home-services sales experience is preferred. Remote Work Requirements Must be based in the Philippines. Reliable computer and professional headset. Stable high-speed internet with a backup connection. Quiet and dedicated workspace.
