Role Summary The Human Resources (HR) Officer oversees day-to-day personnel operations, supports the full recruitment lifecycle, and serves as a trusted resource for all employee-related needs. This role bridges the workforce and management — ensuring smooth hiring, positive employee relations, accurate record-keeping, and full compliance with labor standards. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding Draft clear job advertisements, screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews. Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth integration into the organization. Employee Relations Respond promptly to employee inquiries, address workplace concerns, and help resolve conflicts fairly and confidentially. Assist in administering disciplinary procedures and ensuring consistent, fair treatment across the workforce. HR Administration & Records Maintain secure, up-to-date employee personnel files and records. Process leave requests (vacation, sick, and other leaves) and ensure accurate tracking and reporting. Compliance & Workplace Standards Ensure company policies and practices align with national labor laws and workplace safety regulations. Help communicate and enforce company rules in a clear, respectful manner. Compensation , Benefits & Performance Support coordination of payroll processing, health benefits administration, and employee perks. Assist in organizing and tracking performance reviews and related HR processes. Requirements & Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience 2–4 years of progressive experience in human resources, generalist HR, or related administrative roles. Knowledge Base Solid understanding of Philippine labor laws, recruitment best practices, and basic payroll principles. Core Competencies Excellent communication, active listening, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and comfortable using HR information systems and office software.
