About The Role The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for supporting business growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective clients within the healthcare industry. The role executes outbound prospecting activities, conducts lead research and qualification, and schedules meetings for the sales team to generate new business opportunities. Working closely with sales leadership, the BDR maintains accurate prospect information, supports pipeline development efforts, and contributes to the achievement of revenue growth objectives through consistent and targeted outreach. Duties \& Responsibilities Lead Generation and Prospecting Researches prospective healthcare organizations and key decision-makers using approved tools and resources to support lead generation activities. Performs outbound prospecting activities through email, phone, LinkedIn, and other approved channels to introduce ADEC's services and generate interest from potential clients. Conducts initial lead qualification by gathering information on prospect needs, business requirements, and potential fit with ADEC's service offerings. Performs follow-up activities with prospective clients to maintain engagement and support the progression of qualified leads. Pipeline and CRM Support Schedule s discovery meetings and introductory discussions between qualified prospects and members of the sales team. Updates and maintains accurate prospect, account, and activity records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure data accuracy and visibility. Tracks outreach activities, lead status, and prospect interactions to support pipeline monitoring and reporting requirements. Sales and Market Support Assists in identifying potential target accounts within the healthcare industry by conducting basic research on organizations, services, and key contacts. Supports the preparation of prospecting lists, outreach campaigns, and sales-related materials as directed by the sales leadership team. Participates in sales meetings, coaching sessions, and training activities to strengthen prospecting techniques, product knowledge, and healthcare industry understanding Qualifications Graduate of BS/BA in Marketing and/or Business Administration. Related post-graduate degree is an advantage. Preferably with at least 3 years of work of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or a similar client-facing role with exposure to healthcare providers, payers, healthcare technology organizations, or related healthcare markets. Proven experience selling BPO or outsourcing services to decision-maker. Exposure to USA and Europe markets and strong LinkedIn Social Selling Index (SSI) is an advantage. IMPT.
