Key Responsibilities 1. Core Odoo Customization & Architecture Full-Stack Development: Take total ownership of the backend architecture, writing clean, maintainable, and highly optimized Python code. Module Customization: Design, develop, and deploy custom Odoo modules specifically tailored to accommodate the unique medical funding, master ledger creation, and personal injury lawsuit tracking lifecycles. Portal Integration: Maintain and scale the multi-tenant architecture, ensuring flawless real-time data sync across the internal team hub, the law firm portal, and the external medical provider interfaces. 2. Rapid AI-Assisted Development (Velocity Focus) Speed of Execution: Actively utilize cutting-edge AI development tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Advanced LLMs) to write, debug, and ship features 2x to 3x faster than traditional manual timelines, actively preventing development bottlenecks. Refactoring & Optimization: Diagnose, clean up, and optimize legacy code left behind by the previous outsourced agency to stabilize the software in its production environment. 3. AI Feature Roadmap (The Future Stack) Intelligent Automation: Lead the architectural planning and integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) into the platform. RAG Pipeline Engineering: Lay down the groundwork for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to allow internal case managers to automatically query, validate, and isolate clinical "red flags" directly from unstructured raw PDF medical records. Qualifications Required QualificationsTechnical Stack Requirements Odoo & Python Mastery: Minimum 3+ years of comprehensive experience customizing Odoo ERP environments at the source-code level using Python. AI Tool Integration: Daily, fluent usage of AI development environments (Cursor, Copilot, etc.) with a proven track record of shipping production-ready code under tight constraints. Database & API Management: Deep experience working with PostgreSQL, RESTful APIs, and webhook architectures to keep external legal and medical CRMs synchronized. Preferred / Bonus Assets AI Frameworks: Direct project experience with LLM orchestration frameworks ( LangChain, LlamaIndex ) or Vector Databases ( Pinecone, ChromaDB, pgvector ). Domain Context: Prior exposure to US healthcare tech, medical billing platforms, or legal case management logic. Pay: Php80,000.00 - Php95,000.00 per month Work Location: Remote
