Role Overview Content Designer & Social Media Producer (AU or NZ Real Estate) Your primary responsibility is to produce high-quality, on-brand visual and social content — graphics, video, edited photography and social posts — that supports company's marketing across New Zealand and Australia. You will be the hands-on production engine of the team: taking creative direction and briefs from the in-house marketing team and turning them into finished, polished assets quickly and consistently, increasingly using AI tools to lift output and speed. Note : This is a hands-on production role that sits inside our in-house marketing team. Creative/social strategy, campaign concepting, media buying, and community management are retained internally. We need an excellent maker who executes briefs to a high standard. Salary: ~NZD 1,500/month Work Setup: Full-time, 100% Remote Hours: Ideally NZ Business Hours, with minimum 3–4 hours overlap Core Role: Hands-on production of graphics, short-form video, photo editing, and social media content for NZ/AU markets. Required Qualifications: Strong graphic design portfolio with excellent layout, typography, colour, and composition skills Confident short-form video editing; showreel of published social video required Commercial-standard photo retouching and colour correction Proficient in Canva , including brand template creation/management Working knowledge of Photoshop and Lightroom , plus a video editor such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve Practical, current experience using AI tools for image, video, and/or copy production Hands-on knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube formats/specs Strong written and spoken English Ability to understand or quickly learn NZ/Australian market nuances Self-managing, reliable, deadline-driven, and proactive in remote/time-zone collaboration For interested candidates, please send your CV to fritz@pear-tree.com Pay: Up to Php55,000.00 per month Benefits Work from home Experience: Graphic Design & Canva : 3 years (Required) Short-Form Video Editing: 3 years (Required) Photo Editing: 3 years (Required) AI-Assisted Content Production: 3 years (Required) NZ/AU Social Content: 3 years (Required) Work Location: Remote
