Are you obsessed with beauty trends, fluent in TikTok algorithms, and always know which creator is about to blow up? We are looking for a creative, trend-savvy, and detail-oriented Influencer Marketing Specialist to drive our TikTok and Instagram campaigns. In this role, you will be the bridge between our brand and top KOLs/content creators, crafting compelling campaign briefs, keeping projects on track, and analyzing real-time performance to maximize ROI. Key Responsibilities Campaign & Content Strategy: Brainstorm trending content concepts and creative campaign hooks tailored for beauty and skincare creators. KOL Briefing & Coordination: Prepare comprehensive product briefs (skincare/makeup), manage creator timelines, and oversee deliverables from outreach to final posting. Quality Control & Approvals: Collect and review content drafts to ensure brand alignment, aesthetic quality, and campaign objective compliance before going live. Performance & Analytics: Track key campaign metrics, analyze engagement data, and generate actionable reporting insights to continuously optimize future strategies. Financial Administration: Coordinate prompt payment processing and administrative workflows for onboarded creators and influencers. Trend Forecasting: Stay ahead of TikTok and Instagram platform updates, viral formats, and beauty industry trends to keep our brand top-of-mind. Requirements Experience: 1–2 years of proven experience in Influencer Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or KOL Management. Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of TikTok algorithms, content formats, and engagement strategies. Project Management: Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple creator campaigns simultaneously without losing attention to detail. Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills for building strong relationships with agency partners, creators, and internal teams. Data-Driven: Familiarity with social media analytics, performance tracking metrics, and campaign reporting tools. Industry Preference: Prior experience in the beauty, skincare, or cosmetics industry is highly preferred!
