Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Property Management Customer Support Specialist to support a U.S.-based property management team. This role is responsible for handling tenant communications, resolving property-related concerns, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate has prior experience in property management or customer support, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to manage a high volume of emails, calls, and follow-ups in a fast-paced environment. This role requires someone who is proactive, solutions-oriented, and capable of maintaining professionalism when dealing with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Handle high-volume email, phone, and text communication with tenants, vendors, and internal teams Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve issues in a timely, professional, and customer-focused manner Coordinate closely with the U.S.-based office regarding updates, follow-ups, maintenance requests, and ongoing tasks Document, track, and update tenant concerns, maintenance requests, and case statuses within property management and ticketing systems Follow up with tenants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure issues are resolved efficiently Maintain accurate records and documentation of communications and resolutions Escalate complex issues when necessary while ensuring proper follow-through Support administrative and data entry tasks related to property operations as needed Maintain clear, concise, and professional communication at all times Required Qualifications Must-Have Previous experience in property management, tenant support, customer service, or a related field Strong verbal and written English communication skills Clear speaking ability with minimal accent and confidence handling phone conversations Experience managing high volumes of emails, phone calls, and text-based communications Familiarity with property management software and ticketing systems Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills Ability to work independently while following established processes and procedures Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable working with U.S.-based teams and clients Nice-to-Have Experience with property management platforms such as Buildium, AppFolio, Yardi, Rent Manager, or similar systems Experience supporting U.S.-based property management companies Data entry and administrative support experience Experience coordinating maintenance requests and vendor communications What We're Looking For A proactive and solutions-oriented professional who takes ownership of tenant concerns Someone who remains calm and professional when handling challenging situations A strong communicator who can build positive relationships with tenants and stakeholders A highly organized individual who can manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously A dependable team member who thrives in a structured, process-driven environment Pay: Php35,000\.00 - Php40,000\.00 per month Benefits Additional leave Company Christmas gift Company events Opportunities for promotion Pay raise Promotion to permanent employee Work from home Work Location: Remote
