Do you know exactly how to turn a curious viewer into an eager buyer? We are seeking charismatic, high-energy Live Stream Sales Hosts to be the face of our brand on TikTok and Facebook Live. Unlike traditional sales roles, you will engage with hundreds of potential customers simultaneously through live streaming. Duties and Responsibilities Drive Live Sales: Lead engaging, high-energy live selling sessions on TikTok and Facebook to convert viewers into customers. Showcase Products: Effectively demonstrate product features, benefits, and value propositions on camera. Engage the Audience: Interact with viewers in real-time, answer live comments, handle objections smoothly, and create excitement around the products. Hit Sales Targets: Utilize persuasion and presentation skills to consistently meet daily/weekly sales goals and maximize commissions. Job Requirements On-Camera Confidence: Highly expressive, enthusiastic, and natural on screen. Ability to keep a digital audience engaged. Language Proficiency: Fluent in Taglish, Tagalog, and English with strong conversational and persuasion skills. Sales Mindset: A background in sales, customer psychology, or promotions is highly preferred. Experience: Previous experience in TikTok/Shopee/Lazada live selling, event hosting, telemarketing, or retail sales is a major advantage (but raw talent and high energy are welcome!). Technical Setup: A reliable, high-speed fiber internet connection (minimum 30 Mbps) with a backup option, a high-quality smartphone or webcam, and a well-lit, quiet home studio background. Salary and Benefits Base Salary: PHP 30,000 – PHP 50,000 per month Commission Structure: Uncapped sales commissions based on performance. Total Earning Potential: Up to PHP 90,000+ per month inclusive of bonuses. Work Setup: 100% Remote / Work from Home (Permanent).
