Work Setup: Remote (Philippines-based) Experience Level: Senior (7+ years combined D365 FinOps & CRM) Timezone Coverage: Night Shift / US Timezone (Flexible) What the Work Looks Like Depending on the engagement, Dynamics 365 Functional Consultants on our bench typically work on: Leading workshops and translating business requirements into Dynamics 365 solutions through fit-gap analysis Configuring core Finance & Operations modules, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Cash & Bank, and Tax Designing chart of accounts, financial dimensions, workflows, and security roles Supporting multi-entity, multi-currency, and intercompany setups Configuring Dynamics 365 CRM Sales and/or Customer Service modules, including entities, forms, views, dashboards, workflows, and security roles Building and supporting CRM–FinOps integrations (Dual-write preferred) Driving data migration, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and go-live activities Facilitating user training and providing post-go-live support What We Look For Must Have Availability to work night shift supporting US business hours (flexible schedule) 7+ years of combined experience in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Dynamics 365 CRM At least two (2) full lifecycle Dynamics 365 implementations Strong hands-on configuration experience in AP, AR, GL, P2P, and O2C Experience configuring Dynamics 365 CRM Sales and/or Customer Service Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Strong Advantage Knowledge of multi-entity and multi-currency environments Experience using Lifecycle Services (LCS) and Azure DevOps (or similar ALM tools) Experience with CRM–FinOps Dual-write integrations Experience designing financial dimensions, workflows, and security roles Nice to Have Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (Finance & Operations and/or Customer Engagement) Experience across multiple industries or complex intercompany setups Tools and Platforms We Work With Experience with any of these is a strong advantage. You do not need experience with all of them.
