Advanced Kiosks
Remote Position — PhilippinesApproximately 20 Hours per WeekPosition Summary Advanced Kiosks is seeking a part-time Digital Marketing and Content Coordinator based in the Philippines. This person will help turn customer projects, custom interfaces, product developments, videos, case studies, and company news into coordinated marketing content. Advanced Kiosks completes substantial projects for government agencies, law enforcement departments, municipalities, courts, housing authorities, and other organizations. These projects need to be properly presented and promoted through customer stories, website content, social media, blogs, email content, and sales materials. The coordinator will be responsible for making sure important work does not simply get published on one page and forgotten. This is not a position for someone who only schedules posts prepared by others. We need someone who can understand a customer project, identify the strongest part of the story, develop useful content, coordinate the related tasks, and follow the project through completion. The successful candidate must be comfortable using artificial intelligence tools as part of their daily work. Everyone at Advanced Kiosks uses AI, and we expect this person to use tools such as ChatGPT and Claude effectively to improve research, writing, planning, content development, and productivity. AI should make the work faster and better. It does not replace judgment, fact-checking, originality, or responsibility for the final result. Application Requirements Applicants must submit both a current resume and a digital marketing portfolio. The portfolio should include examples of relevant professional work, such as social media posts, content calendars, customer stories, case studies, blog articles, email campaigns, website content, graphics, videos, or other marketing materials the applicant helped create or manage. Applicants should clearly explain their role in each example, including what they personally wrote, designed, coordinated, or managed. Links to live work are preferred where available. Applications without relevant work samples or a portfolio will not be considered. Primary ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Plan, write, schedule, and publish content for LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms. Maintain a consistent social media calendar. Develop posts based on customer projects, product developments, videos, events, articles, and company news. Select relevant images, screenshots, keywords, hashtags, links, and calls to action. Use specific company terminology and strategic market language rather than relying on broad, generic wording. Repurpose strong projects into multiple posts instead of treating each project as a one-time announcement. Review every post for accuracy, quality, presentation, and relevance before publication. Monitor basic engagement and identify which topics and content formats appear to perform well. Customer Stories and Project Promotion Help develop and promote customer stories and case studies. Gather project details, screenshots, videos, interface information, customer quotes, and supporting materials from internal team members. Identify the most important customer problem, solution, and outcome. Write or coordinate: Customer-story pages Case studies Blog articles Project announcements Social media posts Email content Basic sales-support materials Make sure each significant customer project receives a practical promotion plan. Maintain a list of completed projects that have not yet been fully promoted. Follow up when information, approvals, images, or other materials are missing. Confirm that customer stories link to the appropriate industry, product, software, kiosk, and solution pages. Identify when a customer page is isolated or difficult to discover from other areas of the website. Recommend internal links and related-content placements. Coordinate requested website changes with the web team. Confirm that approved website changes were implemented correctly. Help connect customer stories, blogs, product pages, industry pages, videos, and contact pages into a more useful customer journey. Identify weak, outdated, incomplete, or underused content and bring it to the team’s attention. This role will coordinate website content. It is not primarily a web-development position. Content Repurposing and Distribution Turn a strong customer project or company announcement into several coordinated assets. A typical project may include: A customer-story page A blog post A LinkedIn post A Facebook post An email or newsletter section A short video or graphic Links from relevant website pages A sales-support asset Reuse existing videos, screenshots, articles, and project information where appropriate. Coordinate with sales so useful customer stories and marketing content are available for presentations and customer follow-up. Maintain an organized record of what has been created, published, scheduled, and still needs attention. ClickUp Project Management ClickUp is the primary system used to manage marketing work at Advanced Kiosks. The coordinator will: Create and maintain tasks, subtasks, checklists, assignments, and due dates. Keep task status current. Provide a clear view of what is planned, in progress, awaiting approval, delayed, and completed. Professional experience using ClickUp is required. AI-Assisted Marketing Use ChatGPT, Claude, and other approved AI tools as part of the normal workflow. Use AI to assist with: Research Outlining First drafts Editing Headline development Social media variations Blog development Content repurposing Project planning Content audits Keyword and topic analysis Meeting preparation Creative and design concepts Write clear prompts and provide enough company and customer context to generate useful results. Review AI-generated material critically. Identify generic, inaccurate, repetitive, or poorly written AI output. Verify names, customer details, quotations, statistics, product capabilities, and other factual claims before publication. Refine AI-generated drafts so they are specific, credible, accurate, and consistent with the Advanced Kiosks brand. Help organize customer stories and marketing materials that support sales activity. Assist with marketing information associated with leads, campaigns, or customer activity when needed. Experience with Salesmate CRM is desirable. Experience with another CRM may be considered if the candidate can learn Salesmate quickly. Communication and Follow-Through Participate in regular marketing meetings. Provide clear status updates on current work, delays, missing information, and next actions. Follow up with team members without requiring repeated reminders from leadership. Ask practical questions when information is incomplete. Identify problems early and recommend a reasonable next step. Take responsibility for assigned projects from the initial task through publication and distribution. Confirm that work is complete rather than assuming that a page or post being published finishes the assignment. Understand that a customer story should connect to relevant products, industries, articles, videos, and calls to action. Recognize the difference between a generic social post and a strategically useful post. Use specific and relevant hashtags rather than filling posts with broad terms. Use AI confidently without relying on unedited AI output. Keep ClickUp accurate and current. Follow up without being asked repeatedly. Learn the company’s products, customers, terminology, and target markets. Accept direct feedback and revise work quickly. Raise problems before they become missed deadlines. Focus on whether the work creates business value, not merely whether a task was checked off. What This Position Is Not This is not a position for someone who: Only schedules posts written by other people. Publishes generic AI-generated content without reviewing it. Requires detailed instructions for every individual task. Considers a customer story finished simply because the webpage is live. Uses excessive or irrelevant hashtags without understanding the subject. Allows important projects to remain unpromoted. Fails to keep ClickUp updated. Waits for company leadership to identify every missing link and next step. Measures success only by the number of posts published.
