Job Summary The Architect will be responsible for the creative design, technical documentation, and project coordination of various construction projects from concept through completion. This role requires a strong understanding of building codes, structural requirements, and construction practices, focusing on delivering functional, aesthetically pleasing, and safe structures within project timelines and budgets. Job Description Architectural Design \& Documentation: Lead the conceptual and schematic design phases for new construction and renovation projects. Prepare and manage detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents (CDs) using BIM software. Ensure all design work adheres to company standards, client requirements, and local zoning/building codes. Project Coordination \& Management Support: Collaborate closely with project managers, structural engineers, M\&E (Mechanical \& Electrical) engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained and coordinated across all disciplines. Review and process contractor submittals, material samples, and shop drawings. Respond promptly to Requests for Information (RFIs) from the construction site, providing clear and effective solutions. Code Compliance \& Quality Assurance: Conduct site inspections and field reports to monitor construction progress and verify adherence to the approved design and quality standards. Secure necessary permits and approvals from regulatory agencies. Identify and resolve design-related issues and conflicts that arise during the construction phase. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution Expert-level proficiency in Revit Proficient in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Primavera, and other architecture/design tools Proven experience in architectural design and drawings for both residential and commercial buildings Strong understanding of building codes, construction standards, and technical detailing Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills Must have a remote working setup with a reliable high-speed internet connection Pay: Php15,220\.89 - Php42,442\.15 per month Benefits Opportunities for promotion Paid training Pay raise Promotion to permanent employee Work from home Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: Architect: 5 years (Required) Revit: 5 years (Required) Work Location: Remote
