Job Title: Client Specialist Job Type: Full-Time Work Arrangement: Remote Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate, professional, and highly organized Client Specialist with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client communications, building strong client relationships, understanding client needs and concerns, and ensuring a positive overall client experience. This role requires strong knowledge of human behavior, communication, emotional intelligence, and interpersonal relationships . The Client Specialist will handle inbound and outbound client calls, follow-ups, inquiries, and concerns while providing professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented support. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound client calls professionally and efficiently. Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and provide timely, accurate, and empathetic support. Conduct client follow-ups to ensure inquiries, requests, and concerns are properly addressed. Respond to client inquiries and provide accurate information, assistance, and appropriate solutions. Manage and resolve client concerns or complaints with empathy, professionalism, and strong problem-solving skills. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication and active listening. Understand client needs, concerns, behaviors, and communication preferences. Document all client interactions, calls, follow-ups, concerns, and resolutions accurately in the company's CRM or database. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client requests and issues. Identify recurring client concerns and provide feedback or recommendations for improving client service. Maintain a high level of client satisfaction by providing responsive, compassionate, and personalized support. Handle sensitive and confidential client information with professionalism and discretion. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Psychology is required. Experience in client services, customer service, account management, call center operations, or a related field is preferred. Strong understanding of human behavior, communication, interpersonal relationships, and emotional intelligence. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong active listening, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities. Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls . Empathetic, patient, professional, and client-focused. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Experience handling difficult or sensitive client situations. Knowledge of communication strategies and client behavior. Strong emotional intelligence and active listening skills. Experience with CRM platforms and client databases. Ability to analyze client feedback and identify trends or opportunities for improvement. Important Note This position focuses on client communication, support, and relationship management . It does not involve providing psychological diagnosis, therapy, counseling, or other licensed mental health services unless the individual holds the appropriate qualifications and professional licenses. Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month Work Location: Remote
