We build data-driven Google Ads campaigns for brands across North America, combining proprietary automation with rigorous human judgment. You do not need a marketing background. In your first 90 days, on the clock and paid, you'll study for and earn your Google Ads certification, learn our tools, and start shadowing the team. This is a role you grow into: come in with zero ads experience, get trained on our dime, and build toward specialist work. We're a small, fast-moving remote team, which means your work is visible, your ideas get heard, and good performance gets noticed quickly. Who this role is for This role was written for one kind of person. You are sharp at 5 AM. You keep your own task list current without being reminded. You catch the mistake before it ships, not after. You ask the clarifying question before you start, not after you finish. You're comfortable with long stretches of focused, independent work in a quiet, low-meeting setup, and you keep yourself on track without someone checking in. If you come from finance, accounting, economics, statistics, bookkeeping, engineering, data entry, or quality and process work such as Lean, Six Sigma, or ISO, that discipline is exactly what this role rewards. We'd love to see you apply. What you'll do This is execution work inside live client accounts. Automation and our senior strategists surface and shape the work; you ship it, verified. Build, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to a clear brief: campaign and ad group builds, ad copy, audience and exclusion updates, creative swaps, sitelinks, and assets. Support feed and Merchant Center hygiene: disapprovals, item issues, attribute gaps. QA every piece of work in the live account before it ships: copy, settings, negatives, tracking, final URLs. Zero post-ship corrections is the standard. Monitor daily pacing and performance. Flag meaningful deviations early, state what you see, then recommend an action or ask if it's intentional. Keep your Asana tasks current: acknowledge on receipt, flag blockers the morning they appear, and close the task the day the work is done. Coordinate on shared accounts so parallel changes don't contradict each other. Use AI tools every day to draft and analyze, then review the output critically and bring it up to our standard. The skill we care about isn't using AI. It's judging it. Maintain SOPs, QC checklists, and campaign notes. Documentation is how we scale. The rhythm of the role This is a full-time, single-focus role. We expect these hours to be your only working commitment. Fixed shift, 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM PHT, five days a week. Clock in and out in Slack every shift, with a start-of-day and end-of-day update. Answer direct questions the same shift, or post the blocker before shift end. The synchronous overlap with our US team is the point of the role. If you're looking for async work to fit around other jobs, this isn't it. What we're looking for Reliable. You run several accounts at once without letting anything slip, and you have a real system for it. A clear writer. Professional written English, because half of this job is communicating precisely across time zones. Requirements Reliable home internet with a backup plan for outages, and a quiet, dedicated workspace for a 5 AM start. Comfortable working intermediate spreadsheets (filtering, sorting, basic formulas). Able to commit fully to the 5 AM–2 PM PHT shift as your single job. Nice to have A background in a detail-heavy field (finance, economics, statistics, operations, project coordination). Familiarity with Google Sheets, Asana, or basic reporting workflows. Hands-on use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) for real work, not just experimentation. What we're not looking for This is an early-career role we hire people to grow into, so more than five years of experience isn't the right fit, and neither is anyone treating this as a second job.
