Care Operations Coordinator Location: Remote – Philippines Engagement Type: Independent Contractor Compensation USD $900–$950 per month Schedule Full-Time | Flexible / Rotating Shifts Industry: Home Care / Community Healthcare About The Role We are looking for a confident, proactive and highly organised Care Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of a busy home care organisation. You will play an important role in keeping daily care operations organised, connected and running smoothly, acting as a central point of communication between caregivers, clients, families, clinicians and the internal operations team . This is a fast-moving environment where no two days are exactly the same. You will need to be comfortable managing multiple priorities, responding to changing situations, solving problems and taking ownership without needing step-by-step direction for every situation. What You'll Be Doing Monitor caregiver schedules, attendance and scheduled client visits. Follow up on missed clock-ins, caregiver call-outs and schedule changes. Assist with identifying and coordinating caregiver coverage when shifts need to be filled. Communicate schedule changes and important updates to caregivers, clients and internal team members. Respond professionally and empathetically to calls, messages and emails from clients, families and caregivers. Assist with scheduling requests, visit changes and cancellations. Review client care notes and identify information requiring follow-up. Monitor outstanding operational tasks and follow through to completion or appropriate handover. Maintain accurate records of incidents, schedule changes and operational activities. Prepare clear shift handovers for the incoming team. Set up and maintain client information across relevant systems. Monitor multiple email accounts and communication channels. Support reporting, scheduling and other day-to-day operational requirements. Systems You'll Work With The organisation uses a variety of platforms, including WellSky Personal Care, Monday.com, Google Workspace, RingCentral, Microsoft Office and caregiver messaging platforms . Previous experience with these exact systems is advantageous but not essential. We are more interested in your ability to learn new technology quickly and confidently work across multiple systems. Working Hours & Flexibility This role requires genuine flexibility. The organisation provides operational support across extended hours, and your schedule may include: Weekday daytime shifts After-hours shifts A combination of daytime and after-hours shifts Weekend support when required Shift patterns may rotate periodically depending on operational requirements. Compensation & Engagement This is a full-time Independent Contractor opportunity , with compensation of USD $900–$950 per month , depending on experience and overall suitability for the role. As an Independent Contractor, you will be responsible for managing your own statutory and tax obligations applicable in your country of residence.
