We’re looking for someone who can take approved content and own everything that happens next — building, scheduling, publishing and tracking it consistently across our brands. The Role You’ll manage the day-to-day execution of marketing across Around Finance, Around People and Richie Lennon’s personal brand , covering LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Google Business Profile. Your responsibilities will include: Scheduling and publishing social content using Metricool Managing the content workflow in Notion Creating graphics, carousels and other visual assets in Canva Editing short-form video, including captions, pacing and platform-specific formatting Building and scheduling a monthly newsletter in HubSpot Publishing and formatting blog content in WordPress , including basic on-page SEO Supporting Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign build, management and optimisation Supporting tracking and performance measurement through GA4 and Google Tag Manager Helping with landing pages, conversion work and meaningful performance reporting where required What We’re Looking For You should already be comfortable working with: Metricool or a comparable social media scheduling platform Notion , including databases, properties and views Canva Short-form video editing tools such as CapCut, Descript or Opus Pro WordPress HubSpot Email Strong written English, with excellent attention to detail AI tools, particularly Claude , as part of your workflow You’ll be given clear briefs and the authority to work independently within them. We’re looking for someone organised and dependable who flags problems early and keeps work moving on time. Engagement This starts as a part-time contractor role at 10–15 hours per week , on a fixed monthly fee based on scope and experience. The role is designed to grow.
