This role involves ensuring the security, performance, and functionality of the website while optimizing its visibility and reach through SEO and marketing efforts. Duties /Responsibilities Website Maintenance and Development Perform regular updates for security and performance to ensure website health. Monitor security and review malware regularly. Make text/image changes and content updates as needed. Develop future website design changes and functionalities. SEO and Marketing Implement an enhanced organic SEO strategy including SEO Posts, News, and Case studies. Create prospect lead collection forms on the website. Fine-tune social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. Collaborate closely with the marketing/sales team to align efforts and goals. Candidate Requirements Proven experience as a Website Developer and SEO Specialist. In-depth knowledge of website development, security, and performance optimization. Proficiency in SEO best practices and strategies for organic visibility. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Skills 1-3 years of hands-on WordPress development, including theme customization, plugin integration, and responsive design with HTML/CSS/JavaScript. Proficiency in core web vitals optimization and basic PHP for troubleshooting WordPress sites. Strong SEO expertise: keyword research, on-page optimization, technical audits, and content improvements to boost rankings. Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, and tools such as Ahrefs or SEMrush. Proven track record of driving site traffic, performance improvements, as well as executing a solid digital marketing and SEO strategy. Up-to-date knowledge of WordPress best practices and Google algorithm changes.
