DCX is looking for a Home-Based Implementation Specialist to support a growing U.S.-based e-commerce company. In this role, you’ll help bring client storefronts to life by configuring e-commerce stores, customizing web experiences, building product templates, and translating brand guidelines, wireframes, and design requirements into responsive and functional websites. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys the intersection of web development, e-commerce, design, and technical problem-solving . If you have strong HTML and CSS skills, working knowledge of JavaScript, and experience working with CMS or e-commerce platforms, we’d love to hear from you! 🎯 What You’ll Do As an Implementation Specialist, you will: Configure, customize, and launch client e-commerce storefronts. Become a subject matter expert on the Liftoff Commerce platform and its capabilities. Translate brand guidelines, wireframes, and design mockups into polished and responsive storefronts. Build and customize web experiences using HTML and CSS. Use modern CSS techniques, including CSS Grid and Custom Properties. Utilize JavaScript to support storefront functionality and customization. Build and maintain web-to-print product templates using Pageflex and other variable print technologies. Collaborate with Account Management and internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective solutions. Interpret technical specifications, design requirements, and brand standards accurately. Test new platform features and participate in quality assurance initiatives. Troubleshoot technical and implementation issues. Manage multiple client implementation projects while meeting established timelines. Identify opportunities to improve workflows, documentation, and implementation processes. Contribute to special projects as business needs evolve. 🔎 What We’re Looking For Education Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Web Development, Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred. Experience Previous experience in one or more of the following areas: Web Development Front-End Development E-Commerce Implementation Web Production Website Administration CMS Administration Platform Configuration Technical Implementation Experience working with a CMS or e-commerce platform is required . 💻 Technical Skills We’re looking for candidates with: Strong hands-on HTML and CSS experience Experience creating and styling responsive web pages Knowledge of modern CSS techniques, including CSS Grid and Custom Properties Working knowledge of JavaScript Strong Microsoft Excel skills Ability to translate wireframes, mockups, and brand guidelines into functional web experiences Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines ⭐ Nice to Have Experience with any of the following is an advantage: Shopify Magento Four51 Other CMS or e-commerce platforms Pageflex InDesign Server Adobe Creative Cloud XML APIs and systems integrations JIRA or similar project management platforms Zapier or other low-code/no-code automation tools Graphic Design Web Design Don’t have Pageflex experience?
