Job Summary We are looking for a Deduction Analyst responsible for reviewing, validating, and resolving customer deductions, chargebacks, and disputes. The role involves analyzing claims, processing deductions, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with internal teams and customers to ensure timely resolution and recovery. Key Responsibilities Review and resolve customer deductions, including pricing, shortages, damages, returns, and chargebacks. Validate claims using supporting documents such as invoices, purchase orders, contracts, and retailer portal records. Determine claim validity and prepare dispute documents for submission. Track and follow up on disputed claims to ensure proper resolution and recovery. Coordinate with Sales and other teams to investigate discrepancies and correct deduction issues. Process deduction-related data in internal systems and maintain proper documentation. Prepare and send regular reports on deduction balances and status. Perform other related tasks as assigned. Qualifications At least 2 years of experience as a Deduction Analyst. Background in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Revenue Recognition. Experience handling chargebacks and disputes. Knowledge of ERP systems; NetSuite experience is an advantage. Strong analytical, customer service, and communication skills in English. Ability to prepare reports and perform financial calculations accurately. Work Location: Remote
