Responsibilities • Review and clarify requests from our German consulting clients to meet their specific presentation design requirements • Create consultant-grade PowerPoint slides with clarity and professionalism - this includes complex illustrations and advanced analytical charts / graphs / diagrams with an extreme level of detail and creativity, based on often incomplete and rough input • Collaborate with our international remote team to continuously improve design skills and share best practices • Consistently train to improve both design and technical abilities • Meet deadlines efficiently while managing time effectively in a remote environment • Preferred candidate profile: • Minimum 4 years of professional experience as a PowerPoint presentation designer, preferably served demanding strategy consulting clients (McKinsey, BCG, Bain) and having an excellent track record (e.g. promotions within minimum time frame) • Exceptional comprehension and analytical skills in reading, writing, and speaking international business English • Expert knowledge in PowerPoint (usage of advanced add-ins, customized shortcut usage etc.) • Outstanding attention to the finest detail in presentation layout and graphic design solutions ("pixel-perfect") • True passion for problem-solving, communication, and creative design - you should love what you do! • A reliable internet connection
