We partner with home health and hospice agencies to deliver compassionate, high-quality care directly to patients in the comfort of their homes. Position: Phone-Based Marketer (US Remote) Type: Full-Time Compensation Hourly base + bonus structure (based on performance) Job Description We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Phone-Based Marketer to support our outreach and growth. Your main role will be to build and maintain relationships with home health agencies, board & care facilities, and referral coordinators by phone. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential partner agencies and facilities Follow up with existing contacts to strengthen partnerships Introduce our mobile medical services and secure referral agreements Track outreach progress and maintain CRM/logs Collaborate with internal team to ensure smooth onboarding of new partners Qualifications Strong communication and phone etiquette skills Experience in healthcare marketing or medical office a plus Motivated, organized, and results-driven Comfortable making cold and warm calls Ability to work from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. U.S. Pacific Time Recent graduates are encouraged to apply What We Offer: Flexible hours (US remote) Supportive team and onboarding training Opportunity to grow with an expanding healthcare company Performance-based bonuses Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month Application Question(s): Are you available to work from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. U.S. Pacific Time?
