In this dual-threat role, you will own our social footprint—internalizing our brand voice, designing high-converting graphic assets, writing sharp copy, and managing content calendars across Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube. You aren’t just looking to schedule posts; you care deeply about why content works. You know how to translate video content and long-form narratives into scroll-stopping social graphics, write platform-tailored captions, and dig into analytics to continually refine and elevate our digital strategy. Key Responsibilities Brand Voice & Copywriting: Fully internalize the client’s brand tone (and client brand voices) to write compelling, context-aware captions, hooks, and call-to-actions tailored for Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Graphic Design & Asset Creation: Design high-performing, clean, on-brand visual assets (carousel posts, static graphics, custom video thumbnails, and story templates) using Photoshop and Canva. End-to-End Content Scheduling & Management: Lead the complete publishing workflow—organizing assets, planning content calendars, tagging, and scheduling multi-channel campaigns using platforms like Later. Channel Strategy & Best Practices: Stay ahead of ecosystem updates across Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube, actively applying best practices for formats, algorithms, ideal posting times, and native platform features. Analytics & Growth Optimization: Consistently track and analyze key metrics (reach, engagement rate, CTR, and audience growth). Translate raw data into actionable insights to pivot strategy and optimize campaign ROI. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with our Video Editors and production team to repurpose narrative video content and long-form interviews into cohesive, multi-format social campaigns. Skills and Qualifications: Visual Design Mastery: Highly proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Canva, with a strong eye for typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency. Sharp Copywriting: Exceptional written communication skills with the proven ability to adopt distinct brand personas and craft engaging, conversion-focused copy for both professional (LinkedIn) and consumer (Meta/YouTube) channels. Scheduling Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience managing and organizing content calendars via tools such as Later, Buffer, or Sprout Social. Data-Driven Strategy: Strong analytical skills with a track record of using platform insights to measure campaign performance and evolve content strategies over time. Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of native specs, feature sets, and algorithms across LinkedIn, Meta (IG/FB), and YouTube (including Shorts and community features). Self-Starter Mindset: Proactive, detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced agency setting.
