Role Description We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our team. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and closing sales. Responsibilities Conduct sales calls, use telemarketing techniques to identify and reach out to potential customers and present our products/services Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay updated on industry trends Negotiate pricing and terms of sales agreements to ensure customer satisfaction Provide sales administration support, including preparing quotes, processing orders, and maintaining customer records Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets Qualifications Must have at least 2 years of proven experience in Sales and telemarketing Must have at least 1 year experience working in the BPO industry Able to work from 1pm to 6pm, Pacific Standard Time (PST) Strong ability to negotiate and close sales deals Profession phone etiquette and able to maintain polite demeanor in all interactions Capable of collaborating with team members Job Type: Part-time Pay: Php4,500.00 - Php5,500.00 per week Benefits Company Christmas gift Company events Health insurance Paid training Pay raise Work from home Work Location: Remote
