Job Description We are seeking a tech-savvy Social Media Content Creator - Remote to join our IT & software team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex tech products and engaging digital content by creating short-form videos, tutorials, product showcases, and graphics. Your goal is to translate complex technical concepts into relatable, high-performing content that engages developers, tech enthusiasts, and corporate clients across social platforms. Key Responsibilities Tech Storytelling: Translate complex software features, IT solutions, and industry news into simple, entertaining, and educational short-form content. Content Production: Ideate, script, film, and edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn. Developer & Tech Trend Riding: Stay ahead of emerging tech trends, software releases, AI tools, and developer culture memes, adapting them quickly for our brand. Visual & Graphic Design: Design eye-catching graphics, promotional banners, and visual assets for product launches and technical blog promotion. Social Analytics: Track key metrics (reach, click-through rates, video retention) to optimize content for both brand awareness and lead generation. Qualifications Experience: At least 1-2+ years of experience creating digital content, preferably within tech, SaaS, IT services, or digital products. Portfolio: A mandatory portfolio showcasing video editing, graphic design, or short-form video work (bonus points for tech/SaaS content). Tech Literacy: Strong interest in software, emerging tech, SaaS, or IT concepts with the ability to research and explain technical topics easily. Technical Skills: High proficiency in video editors (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut) and design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or Figma). Equipment & Setup: High-speed internet (minimum 200 Mbps), a capable computer for high-res video rendering, and a modern smartphone camera setup. Soft Skills: Ability to turn complex technical jargon into clear, compelling hooks and stories. Requirements Must present a portfolio, work samples, or links to personal/client channels with the application. Must be comfortable creating content tailored to professional audiences (LinkedIn) as well as creative platforms (TikTok/YouTube). Fluent in English (Written and Verbal).
