Job Description

Canva, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude experience required. Remote — Philippines | Full-Time | Brace Direct & RevUp Sports We are seeking a detail oriented, analytical E-Commerce Visual Content Specialist to produce and test listing imagery for our two e-commerce businesses: Brace Direct, an orthopedic bracing and medical device company, and RevUp Sports, an athletic shoes and apparel company. You will turn raw product photography into listing-ready marketing images and get them live across Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, eBay, and our B2B dealer portal — working inside our existing brand templates in Canva, and using ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude to generate backgrounds, build lifestyle scenes, and clean up source photos. This role leans analytical, not artistic. AI does most of the drawing. You supply the judgment: the prompt that gets a usable result on the second try, the catch when the model gets a detail wrong, the image stack built slot by slot, and the A/B test with a written hypothesis and a tracked outcome. Expect accurate daily data entry alongside it — SKUs, ASINs, file names, test dates, and results. If that part sounds tedious to you, this is not your role. This is not a blank-canvas design role. Our customers are often in pain, recovering from surgery, and shopping on a phone. The images that win here answer their real question — which side does it fit, will it show under clothing, how do I size it. ↓ See Application Instructions at the Bottom! ↓ Schedule 4 hours of daily overlap with our US Eastern team, scheduled within 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EST 6 hours of daily overlap during your first two months while you learn our products, brand templates, Amazon requirements, and testing process Remaining hours are flexible — we do not require a fixed shift outside the overlap window Manila is 12 hours ahead of US Eastern. A 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. EST overlap is 9:00 p.m. – 1:00 a.m. Manila time. We state this upfront so there are no surprises. Compensation & Benefits Base Pay: USD $7.50–$8.00/hr ($1,300–$1,385/mo) Performance Incentive: begins after 90 days — up to 10% of your base pay each month, earned against click-through rate and conversion rate goals on the listings you test. We set your targets with you at the 90-day mark, based on your actual output, so the goals are real and reachable. Annual pay increases based on performance Work from home Flexible time off — we work with you on schedule needs, holidays, and personal time Full-time, long-term position — not project or freelance work Key Responsibilities Turn raw product photography into listing-ready marketing images using our existing Canva brand templates. Prompt AI image tools — ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude — to generate backgrounds, lifestyle scenes, and cleanup passes, then correct what those tools get wrong. Build complete image stacks slot by slot — main image, features, benefits, lifestyle, comparison, and instructional graphics — following our repeatable system rather than treating each product as a one-off. Ensure every image meets Amazon requirements: main image on a pure white background, no text, logos, or props in slot 1, and a minimum of 1600 pixels on the longest side. Retouch and prepare product photography — background removal, shadowing, straightening, blemish cleanup, and color accuracy across a large catalog. Upload and publish finished image sets across Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, eBay, and our B2B dealer portal. Build and launch A/B image tests in Amazon Manage Your Experiments, writing a clear hypothesis for each variant before it goes live. Track every running and completed test in a shared log — variant, hypothesis, start and end dates, CTR, conversion rate, and which version won. Report test results weekly and recommend which winning elements should roll out to the rest of the catalog. Enter and maintain product and image data in spreadsheets with a high degree of accuracy — SKUs, ASINs, file names, image slots, test dates, and status. (This is a daily part of the role, not an occasional one.) Rename, organize, and archive source and finished files so any asset can be found by SKU without asking anyone. Audit our live listings for images that are missing, outdated, non-compliant, or below resolution standards, and queue them for rework. Review competitor listings for image changes on our key products and flag what is worth testing against. Maintain visual consistency across two brands with different audiences and visual identities. Learn our product catalog, customers, and systems quickly as the business continues to grow. Qualifications 2+ years producing e-commerce, marketplace, or product marketing images is required. Expert-level Canva — specifically working inside established brand templates and keeping to a system — is required. Daily working use of AI tools, including ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude, is required. You must be able to write a detailed image prompt and iterate toward a usable result without wasting hours. Photo editing capability — background removal, retouching, shadowing, and color correction in Photoshop, Photopea, or an equivalent tool — is required. Strong spreadsheet skills in Google Sheets or Excel, and genuine accuracy on repetitive data entry, is required. Exceptional attention to detail is required. A brace shown on the wrong leg, or a 1500px main image, is a real cost to us. Excellent written English is required. Most of our communication is written and asynchronous. Experience with Amazon listing images and current knowledge of Amazon image requirements is strongly preferred. Experience building or reading image A/B tests — structuring a single-variable test and interpreting the result — is strongly preferred. Hands-on experience with Amazon Manage Your Experiments is strongly preferred. Familiarity with Helium 10 or a comparable Amazon data tool is strongly preferred. Advanced Photoshop or Illustrator is a plus. We will train the right person on the level we need. Experience in Shopify, Walmart Seller Center, or eBay backends is a plus. We will train the right person on this. Experience with medical, orthopedic, wellness, or athletic products is a plus. Must be dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently from home. Reliable power with backup, stable internet with a backup connection, and a computer capable of running Canva and photo editing software without lag. Ideal Candidate The best fit is someone who is careful by nature and curious about why one image outsells another. We can teach our brand templates, our catalog, Amazon's rules, and our testing process. What we cannot teach quickly is attention to detail and the judgment to look at an AI-generated image and know it is not usable — the shadow falls the wrong way, the strap is mirrored, the hand has six fingers, the product geometry drifted. AI will do most of the drawing here. You are the person who decides whether it is right. We are a hands-on, entrepreneurial company. Team members are expected to think for themselves, spot problems, suggest better ways of doing things, and take ownership. Some of our best improvements come from the people doing the work every day. If you want to be handed a checklist and nothing else, this is not the role. If you want to run tests, see the numbers move, and have your findings change how we sell across the whole catalog, it is. We are also looking for someone who can grow. As our testing volume increases, the person in this role may own the image-testing calendar and set the standards others follow. If you have ambitions beyond executing on your own, we want to hear about them. Application Instructions Please apply on Indeed or Onlinejobs. Our hiring process is: 1. Apply on Indeed or Onlinejobs. All legitimate correspondence from Brace Direct will come from a @bracedirect.com email address or through Indeed. 2. You will receive a link to a TestGorilla assessment.
