About The Role As the Content Manager, you are responsible for the management of content activity across Thought Leadership, Marketing, and our Partner Resource Library. You will take ownership of content planning, curation, implementation, and management, enabling the Chief Strategy Officer to focus on Partners and the broader industry. This dynamic role requires a blend of strategic planning and hands-on content professionalization, including video editing, writing, graphic design, and document formatting. Key Responsibilities Content Planning & Media Management ● Create and manage a comprehensive content calendar spanning marketing and thought leadership for both in-person and virtual events. ● Optimise media channels (including Personal/Company LinkedIn, YouTube, Spotify, and the company website) to achieve targeted follower and impression growth. ● Upload content to the website and develop deep knowledge and skills across various media platforms. Content Creation & Curation ● Professionalize marketing content by editing videos for branding and usefulness, and designing improved versions of infographics. ● Turn one-time resources into repeatable use content across channels, such as creating articles from previous posts. ● Review all written content to ensure strict adherence to AU English spelling, proper grammar, and consistency in language, graphics, and layouts. ● Manage content effectively within a SharePoint Library to ensure easy access and a well-structured repository. Thought Leadership & Partner Coordination ● Manage enquiries from Vendors, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and Communities wishing to collaborate, filtering non-fitting opportunities. ● Plan deliverables and manage the Partner Resource creation process, ensuring alignment with Enablement Framework concepts. ● Identify content gaps, create future tasks for completion, and gather Partner feedback on content needs. Lead Enquiry Management ● Manage the TSP Advice mailbox and respond promptly to enquiries. ● Engage with the community by responding to comments on Social Media Platforms and messages on the Company LinkedIn Page. Qualifications & Requirements: ● Proven experience in content management, digital marketing, or a similar role. ● Strong hands-on skills in video editing and graphic design. ● Exceptional written communication skills with a mandatory proficiency in AU English spelling and grammar. ● Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize corporate social media channels (LinkedIn, YouTube, Spotify). ● Highly organized with experience managing content calendars and digital libraries (e.g., SharePoint). ● Must have a stable internet connection, be responsive via Instant Messaging, and be available for video calls when required.
