Leadership \& Organizational Development Trainer About The Role We are looking for a Leadership \& Organizational Development Trainer who is passionate about developing leaders and driving organizational excellence. This role goes beyond facilitating training—it focuses on identifying leadership and organizational performance gaps, conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA), designing impactful leadership development programs, coaching leaders, and measuring business results through structured interventions. Key Responsibilities Conduct leadership assessments and identify capability gaps across all leadership levels. Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on leadership, operational, and organizational challenges. Analyze performance metrics, employee feedback, client escalations, and operational data to identify development opportunities. Design, develop, and continuously improve leadership development programs, workshops, coaching frameworks, and learning materials. Facilitate leadership training, workshops, boot camps, and coaching sessions for Team Leaders, Managers, and Senior Leaders. Provide one-on-one coaching and development support for leaders, including those under Performance Improvement Plans (PIP). Develop Leadership Development Action Plans and monitor implementation through regular follow-ups. Create leadership competency frameworks, scorecards, dashboards, and assessment tools. Measure the effectiveness of leadership initiatives using productivity, engagement, retention, quality, and other performance metrics. Partner with department heads to strengthen leadership capability, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness. Prepare reports and recommend improvement initiatives based on leadership performance data. Qualifications Required Experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in Leadership Development, Learning \& Development, Organizational Development, Leadership Coaching, Performance Management, Operations Management, or a related role. Proven experience conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and identifying organizational or leadership performance gaps. Experience designing and facilitating leadership development programs. Experience coaching Team Leaders, Managers, and Senior Leaders. Experience developing competency frameworks, scorecards, leadership assessments, and development plans. Strong background in monitoring leadership performance using measurable business outcomes. Required Certifications Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (Certified) Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (Training Completed) Skills \& Competencies Leadership Development Organizational Development (OD) Learning \& Development (L\&D) Leadership Coaching \& Mentoring Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Adult Learning Principles Performance Management Training Design \& Facilitation Stakeholder Management Data Analysis \& Reporting Strategic Thinking Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Preferred Qualifications Certification in Leadership Development, Coaching, Organizational Development, Learning \& Development, or Training Facilitation.
