About The Role We are seeking Inpatient Coding Quality Analyst to join the Shearwater Health team. This is a full-time, remote role, offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits. Responsibilities Play a pivotal role in auditing and refining inpatient coding to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance. Work within a high-performing team dedicated to optimizing clinical workflows and elevating patient care standards.
