CAD/CAM/CAE Engineers

Job Description

- Our CAD/CAM/CAE Engineers will support engineering, manufacturing, simulation, and automation projects for a diverse range of clients. He/ She will be responsible for developing, analyzing, and implementing advanced engineering solutions using industry-leading platforms such as CATIA, 3DEXPERIENCE, and SolidWorks. - He / She will be working closely with engineering teams, project stakeholders, and customers, you will contribute to the successful delivery of innovative engineering and digital transformation solutions that improve productivity, efficiency, and operational performance. - Engineering \& Technical Development - Develop and implement advanced CAD, CAM, and CAE solutions for manufacturing, product development, and industrial automation projects. - Design, model, simulate, and optimize mechanical systems, manufacturing processes, and robotic applications. - Create and maintain Digital Twin environments for products, manufacturing systems, and industrial operations. - Conduct engineering simulations including structural, kinematic, dynamic, and manufacturing process analysis. - Design robotic systems and automation solutions, including motion control and kinematic movement analysis. - Develop and troubleshoot PLC programs for automated manufacturing and industrial systems. - Support product lifecycle management (PLM) and digital transformation initiatives utilizing 3DEXPERIENCE platforms. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver innovative technical solutions. - Client Consulting \& Business Development - Lead technical presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and solution reviews with clients. - Translate complex engineering concepts into clear business value propositions. - Support pre-sales activities including solution design, proposal development, and technical consultations. - Identify customer requirements and recommend appropriate engineering and digital transformation solutions. - Participate in client meetings, industry events, and business development activities. - Build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and strategic partners. - Project \& Technical Leadership - Provide technical leadership across engineering and simulation projects. - Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical capability development. - Manage project deliverables, timelines, and technical documentation. - Ensure compliance with engineering standards, industry regulations, and best practices. Qualifications - Exceptional communication and presentation skills. - Strong client engagement and stakeholder management capabilities. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in CATIA for advanced 3D design, product development, assembly modeling, and engineering documentation is a must. - Hands-on experience using the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform for collaborative engineering, simulation, PLM, and digital engineering workflows is required. - Strong working knowledge of SolidWorks for mechanical design, modeling, prototyping, and engineering analysis is a must. - Experience in CAM and Manufacturing Engineering - Understanding of Virtual Manufacturing concepts, including simulation-driven manufacturing planning, process validation, and digital factory solutions. - Knowledge of Systems Engineering methodologies for managing complex engineering projects and integrating multidisciplinary solutions. - Master's Degree or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Robotics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. - With at least 3-5 years of professional experience in engineering, manufacturing, product development, simulation, automation, or a related technical field.
