You'll play a key role in ensuring payroll is processed accurately, on time, and in compliance with Australian payroll legislation. • Important: To be considered for this role, candidates should have hands-on experience using MYOB and previous experience in Australian payroll and/or Australian accounting, as these are essential requirements for the position. • This role is for you if you can: • Confidently process payroll using MYOB • Export, reconcile, and validate timesheet data • Apply solid knowledge of Australian payroll fundamentals, including PAYG, Superannuation, leave entitlements, and termination payments • Manage multiple payroll cycles while meeting strict deadlines • Work independently with excellent attention to detail • What you'll own: • Process end-to-end payroll across multiple Australian entities • Review and reconcile payroll data before submission for approval • Set up new employees and process final pays and terminations • Maintain accurate payroll records and employee information • Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies before payroll cut-off • Assist in streamlining payroll workflows and maintaining compliance • What's in it for you: • Exposure to multi-entity Australian payroll processing • Opportunity to strengthen your knowledge of Australian payroll legislation and compliance • Long-term career growth in a supportive and collaborative environment • Fully remote work setup • Prepaid HMO, paid time off, and competitive compensation • Work Schedule: • �� Monday to Friday | 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (PHT) • Offer Starts At: • �� Php35,000 / monthly • If you're looking for a role where you can build your expertise, take greater ownership, and grow your career in Australian payroll, we'd love to hear from you.
