I. JOB DEFINITION (2026) My customer is an e-Commerce web developer shop. They build high traffic shopping sites for respectable name brands using Magento and other high powered e-commerce platforms. They need a dedicated and detail-oriented German Speaking Customer Support Representative to provide excellent customer service and support the e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, experience in handling customer inquiries, and is comfortable working with online tools and platforms. This is a Work From Home (WFH) position, Hours are as per the duration of the Customer Project. PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: In German and English language, the successful candidate shall: - Respond to customer inquiries primarily via email in a timely and professional manner - Handle customer concerns, complaints, and order-related issues - Provide accurate information about products, orders, and policies - Manage and organize customer support tickets using a ticketing system or similar tools - Assist with order tracking, returns, and refunds through the system (shopify, WooCommerce or Magento) - Collaborate with the team via Slack, Notion or other communication platforms III. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: - English and German communication skills – both written and speech (required) - Proven experience answering customer emails (required) - Hands-on experience with email support tools (required) - Experience using Shopify, WooCommerce or Magento (required) - At least 2 year background in e-commerce customer support (required) - Familiarity with Slack , Notion or similar communication platforms - Highly organized, responsive, and detail-oriented \ \ \ The candidates will take a written assessment test. \ \ \ Pay: Php12,741.10 - Php45,269.22 per month Work Location: Remote
