Urgent Hiring: Virtual Assistant (Bookkeeping) Linked Helpers is seeking a detail-oriented Admin \& Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable (A/P \& A/R) Specialist to support daily operations for a construction company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing billing, invoices, purchase orders, job tracking, and financial record accuracy while ensuring projects are properly documented and up to date. Position Details Salary: ₱25,000 during 6-month probation Experience: 2–3 years supporting US clients Work Setup: Remote Responsibilities Perform invoice reconciliation and manual cross-checking of financial records. Prepare and send customer billing and invoices. Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes. Enter and track Purchase Orders (POs), Change Orders (COs), bills, and project-related expenses. Request and follow up on missing POs and supporting documentation. Update project information in QuickBooks and maintain accurate job records. Monitor project billing status and ensure timely invoicing. Track pending, ongoing, and completed jobs to ensure proper financial reporting. Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and clients regarding billing and documentation. Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with company procedures. Assist with administrative tasks, reporting, and license renewals as needed. Qualifications Experience with QuickBooks (required). Background in construction accounting, bookkeeping, or project administration. Strong understanding of A/P, A/R, billing, POs, COs, and job costing. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
