Employment Type: Permanent / Direct Hire (Independent Consultant Arrangement) We are hiring a Sales Representative for a growing manufacturing company specializing in premium glass packaging solutions for the cosmetics and FMCG industries. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional with experience in B2B industrial packaging who enjoys developing new business and building long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities Drive business development and identify new sales opportunities across the Philippines. Acquire new customers within the cosmetics and FMCG manufacturing sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts. Achieve sales growth targets through strategic account management and market expansion. Promote high-quality glass bottles and glass packaging containers to manufacturers and brand owners. Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and project execution. Qualifications 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in any of the following: Glass packaging Cosmetic packaging FMCG packaging Industrial packaging OEM manufacturing Raw ingredients or related manufacturing industries Strong understanding of the packaging industry and the Philippine market. Proven track record in business development and new customer acquisition. Experience handling key accounts and developing long-term business relationships. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented. Willing to travel extensively within the Philippines and travel to Malaysia once or twice a month. All business travel expenses will be covered by the company. Work Schedule Monday to Saturday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Candidates should be flexible to work on Saturdays to coordinate with regional manufacturing partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own Philippine taxes and mandatory government contributions.
