Position Overview The B2B Growth SDR owns both the data fuel and the conversation of our agency's sales funnel. This role is responsible for executing targeted search queries to extract high-intent B2B SaaS founders, managing real-time inbox conversations, and stepping in to build custom 25-lead data assets once a prospect schedules an alignment call. Core Responsibilities Targeted SaaS Extraction: Execute daily Boolean search strings inside Apollo.io and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to pull high-intent SaaS founders (11–50 employees) actively showing buying signals (e.g., hiring for sales reps). Real-Time Inbox Management: Monitor active Instantly.ai uniboxes and personal executive LinkedIn accounts during the target market's business hours, maintaining a strict sub-15-minute response time for positive replies. On-Demand Lead Enrichment: The moment a founder books a "GTM Alignment Call," immediately run their specific target parameters through Clay . Review, clean, and quality-check the AI-generated outreach hooks to deliver a flawless spreadsheet asset within 48 hours. Executive Handover Management: Triage inbound objections, route interested prospects to the calendar link, and provide a daily "Hot Leads Digest" to the Managing Director for morning voice-note follow-ups. Required Knowledge, Skills \& Experience (KSE) Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience functioning as a Full-Stack B2B Lead Generation Specialist, Technical SDR, or Outbound Appointment Setter specifically for Western tech or software platforms. Tool Architecture Mastery: \ Data side: Clay (waterfalls, AI integrations, data mapping), Apollo.io , LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and advanced Google Sheets. Communication side: Instantly.ai Unibox, Expandi/HeyReach, and Calendly/HubSpot scheduling tools. Critical Skills: Advanced English copywriting skills (must write text that reads naturally to C-level executives), flawless understanding of Boolean search logic, and high context-switching capability to move smoothly from deep data building to live inbox triage. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Triage Speed: 90% of positive incoming leads replied to within 15 minutes of landing. Asset Turnaround: 100% of custom 25-lead sheets fully enriched, human-verified, and prepared for "Asset Reveal" calls within 48 hours of booking. Funnel Efficiency: Maintain a $\ge 45\%$ conversion rate from a positive reply to a secured slot on the calendar.
