Full-Time | Remote Salary Range: $4–$6/hr | Shift: Day Shift (8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST) We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is relationship-driven, proactive, and experienced in customer success, account management, and contract administration. If you're passionate about building long-term client relationships while ensuring customers receive exceptional service, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Be Responsible For Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers and build long-term client relationships Manage customer requests and coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful outcomes Create, review, and manage customer contracts, renewals, and annual price adjustments Conduct regular customer reviews to discuss service performance and future needs Monitor account health, identify growth opportunities, and proactively address customer concerns Collaborate with Procurement, Dispatch, and Finance to ensure services and billing align with customer agreements Maintain accurate contract records and participate in Microsoft Teams meetings and process improvement initiatives What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a client-facing role, preferably in an MSP or IT services environment Experience managing customer contracts, renewals, and account relationships Strong relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to discuss pricing, renewals, and service recommendations confidently with customers Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and meet deadlines Reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace Bonus Points If You Have Experience with PSA platforms such as HaloPSA, Autotask, ConnectWise, or similar Knowledge of managed services, SLAs, and recurring revenue models Experience conducting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) or similar customer review meetings Proven success improving customer retention and reducing churn Why This Role Is Worth Considering Competitive compensation based on experience 100% remote with a consistent weekday schedule Opportunity to build long-term client relationships and influence customer success Supportive leadership with structured processes and collaborative teams Long-term opportunity with growth potential We're actively reviewing applications and moving quickly with qualified candidates.
