Inpatient Coding Specialist | Active CIC, CCS or CPC | 2+ Years Inpatient Coding Experience | WFH | Up to ₱80K Salary Package: ₱64,000 - ₱85,000 Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent Work Setup: Work From Home (Business Approval Required) Work Location: Quezon City Non-Negotiable Requirements Active CIC, CCS, or CPC certification College graduate of BS Nursing or any Medical Allied course At least 2 years of Inpatient Medical Coding experience Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, and medical coding guidelines Must be eligible to work in a Work From Home setup Job Responsibilities Review patients' medical records following hospital visits to ensure accurate coding. Assign accurate inpatient medical codes based on clinical documentation and coding guidelines. Encode medical charts for claims processing and reimbursement. Identify missing or incomplete documentation and coordinate with the appropriate teams for resolution. Submit coded records and required documentation to insurance providers for reimbursement. Ensure coding accuracy, compliance, and adherence to quality standards. Maintain productivity and quality targets while meeting turnaround time requirements.
