We're Hiring: Insurance Credentialing Specialists – Remote (US Healthcare Experience Required) Compensation $4.50 USD per hour OR 40,000 PHP/month (conversion may vary) Qualifications (Strict Requirement) Must have at least 1 year of experience in US Insurance Credentialing or Provider Enrollment Experience working with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance payers Strong knowledge of CAQH, PECOS, NPPES, and payer portals Background in healthcare administration, medical billing, insurance verification, or revenue cycle management is preferred Must be willing to undergo training and onboarding as required Must have a complete remote work setup Experience Requirements Minimum of 1 year of recent US healthcare credentialing experience Experience processing: Initial credentialing Recredentialing Provider enrollment Demographic updates Contracting support Experience credentialing physicians and allied healthcare professionals is preferred Experience working with multi-state providers is an advantage Previous remote healthcare experience is a plus Skills Needed Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to manage multiple providers, deadlines, and payer requirements Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Familiarity with credentialing databases and tracking systems Technical Requirements Desktop/laptop with at least Ryzen 5 or Intel i5 processor/ Macbooks Dual monitors required Reliable internet connection with backup Backup device & power source (UPS, generator, etc.) Important Note Only applicants with direct US Insurance Credentialing experience will be considered.
