This position supports firm-wide finance, compliance, and corporate operations across multiple jurisdictions, reporting directly to the Chief Compliance Officer. Cross Border Wealth is a U.S.-based global investment advisory firm specializing in cross-border financial planning and investment management for U.S.-connected individuals living abroad. Headquartered in New York, with offices across the United States and Asia, we help globally mobile clients navigate the complexities of investing, tax planning, and wealth management across jurisdictions. As part of our continued international expansion, we are seeking a Corporate Services \& FP\&A Analyst to join our Manila, Philippines operation on an independent contractor basis. This is a cross-functional role serving as the primary operational liaison across Human Resources, Operations, Finance, Accounting, Audit, Compliance, and Corporate Services. The analyst works closely with the Chief Compliance Officer and, as needed, reports on specific matters to the Managing Partners. This position is ideal for a detail-driven finance or corporate-services professional who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, enjoys building order across multiple business functions, and is comfortable coordinating with regulators, auditors, and service providers across several jurisdictions. Job Description and Responsibilities Compliance, Governance \& Audit • Assist the CCO with compliance administration, regulatory reporting, examinations, and special projects • Maintain, implement, and enforce firm policies and procedures • Support internal and external audits — coordinating requests, maintaining workpapers, and tracking findings through remediation • Review internal controls and operational processes for effectiveness and compliance Finance, Payroll \& Billing • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, expense monitoring, and financial administration • Manage billing activities across custodians and platforms (Schwab, Interactive Brokers, Novia, Utmost, RL360, FPI, and others) • Support financial reporting, reconciliations, and finance-related projects • Coordinate payroll submissions, approvals, and administration Accounting \& Multi-Jurisdiction Regulatory Administration • Coordinate accounting and regulatory matters across Philippine, U.S., and Portuguese tax and regulatory authorities • Liaise with external accountants, consultants, and service providers • Manage government registrations, renewals, and filings across applicable jurisdictions Human Resources \& People Operations • Support recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and workforce development • Maintain HR records, employment agreements, performance reviews, and KPIs • Administer compensation, benefits, attendance, timekeeping, PTO, and leave Operations, Corporate Services \& Special Projects • Prepare and maintain operational and management reports across assigned functions • Monitor deliverables, workflows, and deadlines to ensure timely completion • Identify operational risks and recommend process improvements • Support valuations, business continuity planning, and management-driven initiatives as assigned Qualifications and Requirements Required • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field • At least 3-5 years of solid experience and demonstrated proficiency in finance, operations, compliance, audit, accounting, or corporate services functions • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling • Exceptional attention to detail, accountability, and organizational skills • Sound judgment, professionalism, discretion, and strict confidentiality • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Professional-level English fluency Preferred • Experience in financial services, investment advisory, or a regulated environment • Familiarity with payroll systems (ADP) and CRM tools (HubSpot) • Exposure to multi-jurisdiction regulatory or tax administration • Audit, internal controls, or compliance background Compensation • ₱70,000 – ₱100,000 per month, commensurate with experience • Independent contractor engagement • Compensation reviewed in line with scope and performance Schedule and Work Setup • Remote • Availability required during critical business periods — onboarding/offboarding, payroll processing, regulatory examinations and audits, and government filing deadlines • Flexibility to work schedules required to meet business and operational needs Join our team Submit your CV at: compliance@crossborder-wealth.com
