Job responsibilities: Screen incoming applications from Whizara website and other portals Assist and follow up with candidates when needed until onboarding Craft creative candidate outreach plans to meet requirements Plan and executive candidate outreach and tap into channels to ensure efficient recruitment Communicate status across stakeholders to ensure smooth recruitment process: candidates, operations and hiring manager. Strategize and execute recruitment strategy with quick turn around Participate in further improving recruitment process Job requirements: Able to work during the US working hours (Pacific time) An Associate or Bachelor’s degree Previous international recruitment experience Fast learner and eager to learn new markets and requirements Prior experience with recruitment, organizing and coordinating tasks in fast paced work environment Organized, detail-oriented multitasker with prioritization skills Excellent written and verbal communication Empathy, interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders, partners and customers Comfortable using computers including MS Office, Google Suite Creative with ability to think on feet and make split second decisions per the demand of the situation Application process: Recruiter's assessment Initial Interview Final Interview Contract Job Type: Full-time Pay: Php25,000\.00 - Php35,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): Do you have any experience in recruiting candidates from the US?
