We're Hiring: Program Coordinator (Remote – Based in the Philippines) Are you passionate about social impact, entrepreneurship, and international development? Venture 2 Impact is looking for a Program Coordinator to help us empower micro-entrepreneurs globally and support volunteer-led programs that make a lasting difference. About Venture 2 Impact Venture 2 Impact is a Canadian non-profit that exists to help communities around the world break the cycle of poverty. Our mission is to transform individuals, families, and communities into lasting well-being by connecting bright minds to complex global challenges. Every year, our volunteers work remotely and travel to partner with nonprofits and charities across Africa, Latin America, Europe, and Asia. About The Role As Program Coordinator, you will: Lead research and development activities to inform program design and concept notes Design and implement culturally relevant entrepreneurship curriculums tailored to different global regions Collaborate with nonprofit partners, educational institutions, and other stakeholders across Latin America, Africa, Asia and beyond Conduct research, develop project plans, and manage volunteer communications and program facilitation to support our global initiatives You’re a great fit if you have: Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) — this is essential to apply A Bachelor's Degree in Education, International Development, Social Work, or a related field \+3 years of experience in program coordination, curriculum development, or entrepreneurship training Previous experience working in or with nonprofit organizations (highly preferred) A proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment What you'll gain: Hands-on experience in program \& project management Cross-cultural collaboration with stakeholders around the world The opportunity to contribute directly to social impact initiatives with a global reach Contract Details Work calendar: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM CT ( Permanent Night Shift ) 9 PM - 5 AM Philippine Time (March to November) 10 PM - 6 AM Philippine Time (November to March) Anticipated start date: July 6, 2026 This is a remote position, but you must be based in the Philippines.
