Experience working with clients/companies outside PH is an advantage Only candidates who meet the requirements will be contacted Job Description We are seeking a Senior Tech Lead with deep hands-on experience in LLM and AI-driven application development to own architecture decisions, drive code quality, and serve as the primary technical point of contact throughout the build. Key Responsibilities Own and drive all architecture decisions for the platform, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and best practices Serve as the primary technical point of contact for the client and internal stakeholders Lead and mentor the development team, managing workloads, code reviews, and technical direction Design and implement LLM integrations, RAG pipelines, and data ingestion workflows Maintain and enforce code quality standards across the full stack Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business requirements into technical solutions Oversee infrastructure provisioning and cloud architecture on AWS using Terraform Qualifications Proven experience in a Tech Lead or Senior Engineering role with ownership of architecture and delivery Deep, hands-on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) Demonstrated experience building and shipping production-grade AI/LLM-powered applications Strong people management and team leadership capabilities Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with clients and non-technical stakeholders Experience working with international clients, particularly Australian companies, is an advantage Tech Stack Requirements: Cloud \& Infrastructure AWS Terraform Frontend React TypeScript Backend \& API Node.js Hono API Python (document ingestion only) Database \& ORM PostgreSQL Drizzle ORM Testing Vitest AI / Data LLMs (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, or equivalent) RAG architecture and data pipeline design Hiring Process: Phone screening Technical Test Behavioral Interview Alignment with Developer from Adaca Client interview About Adaca: Adaca was founded in 2015 to assist Australian companies in their software development initiatives.
