About The Role We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Environmental Graphic Designer / Architectural Designer to develop branded experiences for commercial and workplace environments. This role combines graphic design, architecture, interior design, 3D visualization, branding, and fabrication . You will transform client brands, culture, and messaging into creative physical experiences such as environmental graphics, feature walls, signage, wayfinding, dimensional elements, and other custom branded installations. The ideal candidate has a strong design portfolio, advanced Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills, strong spatial understanding, and experience creating realistic visualizations for architectural or interior spaces.. What You'll Do Read and interpret architectural floor plans, elevations, interior drawings, and site photography. Develop creative concepts for environmental graphics, workplace branding, feature walls, signage, wayfinding, murals, privacy graphics, and dimensional elements . Translate client brands, values, and messaging into meaningful physical environments. Create presentation-ready design concepts and realistic 3D renderings. Use Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to develop concepts, layouts, environmental graphics, production artwork, and presentations. Create 3D visualizations and photorealistic renderings that communicate scale, materials, lighting, depth, and design intent. Develop designs with an understanding of fabrication, materials, finishes, dimensional lettering, illuminated signage, wall graphics, and custom elements . Prepare design files and artwork for pre-production and fabrication. Collaborate with architects, interior designers, project managers, fabricators, production teams, installers, and clients. Participate in design discovery and develop concepts based on client branding, workplace culture, and project goals. Create presentations that clearly communicate design intent, materials, and the overall branded experience. Manage multiple projects while maintaining creativity, accuracy, and attention to detail. Strong graphic design portfolio demonstrating typography, layout, composition, branding, and visual communication. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop — required. Experience reading and interpreting architectural floor plans, elevations, and interior design drawings — required. Strong spatial thinking and understanding of how graphics interact with architecture and interior environments. Experience creating 3D visualizations or realistic renderings using SketchUp, Blender, Cinema 4D, 3ds Max, Adobe tools, or similar software. Strong understanding of branding and the ability to translate an established brand into a physical environment. Knowledge of environmental graphics, signage, materials, finishes, fabrication, dimensional elements, or installation considerations. Strong visual storytelling and presentation skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to balance creative concepts with technical execution. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with commercial interiors, workplace environments, hospitality, retail, experiential design, signage, or architectural projects. Experience preparing artwork for fabrication or production. Experience working with fabricators, installers, architects, interior designers, or project managers.
