WE’RE HIRING | FINANCE & DATA ANALYST Turn Numbers Into Business Decisions Are you a finance professional who enjoys going beyond spreadsheets and wants to understand what the numbers actually mean for a business? We’re looking for a Finance & Data Analyst to join our Non-Clinical division and work closely with one of our clients engaged in M&A advisory , supporting financial analysis, performance assessment, reporting, and decision-making across their portfolio of target companies. This role combines Financial Analysis, FP&A, MIS, Business Intelligence, and Data Analytics —making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build deeper expertise in business analytics while gaining direct exposure to US-based businesses and senior leadership teams . Responsibilities Financial & Business Analysis Analyze revenue, margins, costs, collections, and other key business metrics Prepare weekly and monthly management reports and dashboards Analyze trends, variances, and key drivers of business performance Identify improvement opportunities and provide actionable insights MIS & Management Reporting Build and maintain recurring MIS and management dashboards Consolidate data from multiple sources and ensure accuracy and consistency Track KPIs and develop meaningful performance metrics Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Data Analytics & Business Intelligence Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities Develop automated reports and dashboards to improve reporting efficiency Translate data into clear, meaningful business insights Continuously improve reporting and analytical processes Client & Portfolio Company Support Work closely with finance and leadership teams across client companies Support financial analysis, reporting, and business performance reviews Understand the underlying business drivers—not simply report the numbers Assist in preparing materials for management and leadership reviews Finance & Process Transformation Identify opportunities to improve reporting, data quality, and finance processes Support automation of recurring reporting and analysis Help establish standardized reporting frameworks across clients Improve data availability, accuracy, and reporting efficiency US Client Support Work with US-based clients and stakeholders as required Participate in client meetings and discussions with some overlap with US working hours Develop an understanding of US business and financial reporting practices We’re looking for someone with: 3–4 years of experience in Financial Analysis, Business Analytics, FP&A, MIS, or a similar role. ACCA qualification preferred. Strong understanding of accounting and financial statements. Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills. Experience with Power BI, SQL, or other analytics tools is an advantage. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Ability to work with large datasets and turn numbers into actionable insights. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Experience working with US-based clients is an advantage. Experience in Healthcare, RCM, BPM, or SaaS is a plus.
