1.Facilitate the New Hire Training. 2.Conduct product, process, and policy training. 3.Deliver refresher and upskilling sessions. Develop and maintain training materials. 4.Assess trainee performance through examinations and nesting evaluations. 5.Conduct coaching sessions based on Quality Assurance (QA) findings. 6.Monitor trainee progress during nesting. 7.Ensure training content reflects the latest client policies. 8.Collaborate with Operations and Quality Assurance (QA) to identify training needs. 9.Prepare training reports and learning effectiveness analysis. 10.Conduct certification and recertification programs. 11.Support implementation of new workflows and process changes. 1.Bachelor's Degree preferred. 2.At least 1 year training experience in related environment. 3.Experience in Content Moderation is an advantage. 4.Strong facilitation and presentation skills. 5.Excellent written and verbal communication. 6.Proficient in Microsoft Office and presentation software. 7.Ability to simplify complex policies into learner-friendly content.
